Some Linux distributions remove the IP address when a network link is down, on such cases the Sentinel CS SBC did not correctly detect when a network interface came back up after a link down and up event.
This issue has been fixed, the Sentinel CS now correctly notifies all impacted services when the network interface becomes available again.

The Ha.VrrpInstance.Nameparameter now correctly prevents the use of hyphens on HA interface names.

The ISDN service will now only use the display information with the DMS-100 extension format if the extension bit is set and the ISDN is configured to use DMS-100. The display information element will be decoded as defined in Q.931 if its not the case.

The LLDP service will be automatically restarted to correctly apply the vlan configuration received, if the network interface is added after receiving the LLDP information.
